Rest assured we will do everything we can to provide the support services you need in these challenging times. Please see below the following changes to the way we are delivering our services.
TYMS Education in the Residential Home Programmes Our teachers will be available to deliver Digital Learning via Zoom video calls to the rangatahi in the homes. Educational material and resources will be provided to the homes (For any queries contact Russel Vaoiva [email protected])
TYMS Individual Mentoring Programme Our mentors will continue providing mentoring support remotely via text, phone, video call and gaming platforms. (For any queries contact Mary-Ellen Takie [email protected])
TYMS Transition to Adulthood Services Programme Our Transition Workers will continue providing support remotely via text, phone and video calling. Basketball Group Mentoring Programmes (T.S.L & PolyJammers) All sporting programmes TBC. Team mentoring sessions can resume online, however all contact sessions will only resume in Alert Level 2 or below (Langi Latu [email protected])
In-Schools Programmes (Healthy Relationships) Arrangements made per School, with the option to continue online via Zoom or post-pone until back to school (For any queries contact Langi Latu [email protected]) TYMS (Educational) Hub Programme Currently on hold but team will be in contact shortly (For any queries contact Stacey Rasmussen [email protected])

Moana Tautua Programme (in partnership with ATWC) Our mentors will be available to deliver back in Schools, as well as providing mentoring support remotely via zoom depending on each Secondary School's transition plan (For any queries contact Pili Apulu pili@@atwc.org.nz)
These are the different ways we will deliver our service until further notice. We have prepared for this with the systems and processes in place to provide continuity of services, and the tremendous goodwill and aroha of our team behind us.
